Prasanna stands tall
Chennai: Prasanna was the man of the moment for Tamil Nadu as his unbeaten 88 pushed the visitors to a total 200 for the loss eight wickets on the opening day of their Ranji Trophy match against Railways at the Jamia Millia Cricket ground in New Delhi on Saturday.
Sent in, Tamil Nadu were reduced to 49 for four with the departure of wicket-keeper batsman Dinesh Karthik. It was Prasanna (10 fours and one six) along with B. Aparajith (29) and skipper L. Balaji (22) who took the team towards the 200-run mark.
