Hrithik Roshan seems to be in no mood to play the villain in his real-life divorce drama. If not hero, settling for the victim’s role seems okay for the actor who is making sure everyone knows that the love of his life has decided to leave him.

But this victim has a dark sense of humour as he chose to announce his separation on ‘Friday the 13th’. His statement announcing the split clearly stated that it was Sussanne’s decision, while including a small bit on how he believes in the institution of marriage. A few hours later, he wrote on Facebook about how his estranged wife is and will continue to be the love of his life, and if her smiles will be brighter without him, then so be it.

Sussanne Roshan couldn’t have picked a worse time to separate from her hubby, because in the battle of sympathy vote, looks like Team Hrithik is way ahead because who wouldn’t feel sorry for an ailing superstar, who got dumped when he needed his wife the most?

In the 13 years that they were married, Sussanne stood by her man, even when there was strong talk about him flirting with Kareena Kapoor. Yes, she did briefly move out when it was alleged that Hrithik was seeing Barbara Mori, but she soon returned.

Sussanne’s decision to walk out, when Hrithik is suffering from the relapse of a serious brain injury doesn’t show her in the best light. And with talks about her alleged affair with another actor (Arjun Rampal) dong the rounds, walking out on her husband might not be a good thing for the image.
