Tom Hanks plans to gift his wife a toaster

Hollywood star Tom Hanks says he is planning to gift a toaster or a rice cooker to his wife Rita Wilson for Christmas.

The 57-year-old actor, who has been married to Wilson for over 20 years, feels his gift is going to be a top-of-the-range model, reported Contactmusic.

“What am I going to get her? I’ll go the toaster oven route, but a really cool toaster oven. Like, one you can just set and it’s automatic,” Hanks said. “Maybe a rice cooker. She’s handy in the kitchen, that wife of mine,” he joked.
