Hyderabad: TRS and other Telangana supporters would soon urge Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi to ensure that the proposed Telangana state should not have any 'restrictions', TRS president K Chandrasekhar Rao said here today.

"There is no reason for Telangana to compromise on the formation of separate state," he said.

The draft Telangana bill envisages Hyderabad being made the joint capital for the two successor states, among other measures, in the division of Andhra Pradesh.

He said he and other Telangana supporters would try to meet the two top leaders before the draft bill is moved in the Parliament.

He also proposed that a massive dharna be organised in Hyderabad soon. The draft bill is presently under the consideration of the state legislature.
