Tashu Kaushik as ‘Reporter’

Actress Tashu Kaushik is playing a journalist in her upcoming film 'Reporter'.

Directed by Mahesh Kathi, the film is based on investigative journalism. Ramki plays the male lead in the film.

“We have taken the positive side of a journalist,” said Tashu. She clarified that there are no satires on the media; rather, the film communicates that the profession can be used as a tool to help people in the society.

“A few scenes are related to incidents that have happened in the recent past,” she said. She further said that her character has two shades. Sounds interesting.

The actress is now busy with Kannada and Malayalam films.
