Jagan Mohan Reddy flayed for remarks on Chandrababu Naidu
TD district unit prez Beeda Ravichandra laments over the plight of investors in money schemes.
Nellore: TD district unit president Beeda Ravichandra flayed YSR Congress chief Jagan Mohan Reddy for his adverse comments against their party chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu during his tour in Chittoor district.
Stressing that TD was always in the forefront to fight for the cause of the people, he attributed the reasons for Jagan’s outburst to grand success of Chandrababu Naidu’s Praja Garjana programmes in Tirupati and Ongole.
Alleging that Congress or YSR Congress is neck deep in corruption, he said that the parties do not have any right to talk ill about Naidu. He asked the ministers in Congress-led government in the state to introspect before levelling charges against TD leaders.
He expressed confidence in TD’s return to power in 2014. He blamed the government for ignoring its promise to establish a fishing harbour. He dwelt at length on the agitations they have taken up against sanction of power projects in the coastal region of Nellore.
Ravichandra lamented over the plight of investors in money schemes. He alleged that the officials are turning a blind eye even while red sanders are being exported through Krishnapatnam Port.
He said that TD will secure all the 10 Assembly seats and MP seat in SPSR Nellore district during the ensuing elections. He refuted the reports over differences between him and TD politburo member and former minister Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy.
He said that they will field the sitting legislators from the same seat. Reacting to a question, on admitting Congress leaders into TD ignoring the loyalists to the party, he said that such decisions are taken in consultation with party cadres and party chief.
