Chennai Customs to meet Vijaya Bank

While Assumption College, Changanacherry, set up a women final clash with Eastern Railway Kolkata, Chennai Customs will meet Vijaya Bank Bangalore in the men final of the fifth JCI all-India basketball tournament at Athirampuzha on Sunday.

In men’s category, Chennai Customs defeated KSEB, Thiruvananthapuram, 66-43, in the semi-final and Vijaya Bank got better of Kerala Police, 69-51, to make it to the title clash. In the women’s semifinal match, Easter Railway drubbed Providence College, Kozhikode, 72-45 to reach the final.
