New Delhi: All’s well that ends well and Somdev Devvarman must be feeling exactly that. The Indian No.1 overpowered top seed Aleksandr Nedov-yesov of Kazakhstan 6-3, 6-1 in the final of the ONGC-Gail Delhi Open on Sunday, to pocket his third ATP Challenger title. His earlier triumphs came in 2008 and 2010. This was the last stop of the three back-to-back ATP Challenger events in India, and Somdev — who had failed to reach the finals last two times — finally laid his hands on the winner’s trophy.
