Microsoft Outlook users can now access Skype to make audio and video calls directly from their Outlook.com account.

One needs to link the Outlook account to their Skype account, in order to send instant messages or even start video calling.  For HD video calls, both users must have compatible HD displays, web cams, messaging clients, and broadband internet.Microsoft has even taken the initiative to solve the issue of continuous ringing of calls, even after the user answered it.

Users can also connect to the Skype Community to report about any  additional technical details, and share their views regarding the same on Facebook and Twitter as well.
