Sonia Gandhi picks Raghuvira Reddy and Ponnala Lakshmaiah as Presidents of Seemandhra and Telangana Pradesh Congress Committees

Raghuvira Reddy and Ponnala Lakshmaiah have been made Presidents of Seemandhra and Telangana Pradesh Congress Committees.

The decision comes after party president Sonia Gandhi held  consultations with senior Congress leaders in New Delhi on Tuesday.

Digvijay Singh had on Saturday told reporters that the names of the presidents and other committees for Seemandhra and Telangana would be announced in a couple of days.

"We are in the process of deciding PCC presidents of Telangana and Seemandhra along with election committee and election manifesto committee in one or two days," he had said.
