New Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal bared his fangs yet again, threatening to 'lock up' media people if his outfit came to power.
Speaking at a function in Nagpur on Thursday, he said: “The whole media is sold out this time, it is a big conspiracy, a huge political controversy. If our government comes to power, we will set up an inquiry into this. And along with media people, all will be sent to jail.” While some Kejriwal loyalists toed his line, others seemed embarrassed.
Later, when confronted, he denied the comment, though the recording was aired on TV channels. There is a view that AAP associates have decided to 'go to any extent to hog the headlines'.
