BJP, Telgu Desam Party unsure of alliance

Kakinada: The alliance between the BJP and the Telugu Desam has not been officially confirmed and it is causing confusion among the rank and file of  the party workers.

While the BJP local leaders made it clear that there would not be any alliance with the TD, the TD leaders are claiming that they will forge an alliance with the BJP at the Centre. Owing to no clarity about the alliance, the BJP and TD candidates filed nominations separately in the municipal elections.
