Andhra Pradesh Non Gazetted Officers Association president P. Ashok Babu has questioned Telugu Desam chief N. Chandrababu Naidu on his plans to win the employees’ vote bank in the ensuing polls.

Describing Mr Naidu’s vision as “incomplete”, Mr Babu said that developing cities on the Singapore model and constructing 30-storeyed buildings to house IT offices cannot be termed development.

He was participating in “leader-meet the people” programme organised by  the AP Journalists Forum where the TD chief unveiled his vision for development of residuary state.
Mr Babu explained how the second generation reforms, had killed the public sector. "Mr Naidu would have created wealth by promoting the private sector and diverting youth to private sector employment but the government and agricultural sectors had suffered a lot", Mr Babu said.
