Over 75 petitions seeking cancellation of bail are already pending in courts
Muzaffarnagar: No fresh application was moved by the Uttar Pradesh government to High Court or lower court in connection with cancellation of bail of the 50 politicians accused in the Muzaffarnagar riots.
District government counsel Dushyant Tyagi said no fresh application of cancellation of bail was moved in the High Court or district court as more than 75 petitions seeking cancellation of bail, filed four months ago, were already pending in courts.
