Hyderabad: This time, those who cast their vote can avail of 25 per cent discount on consultation fees at the hospitals run by the Indian Medical Association, by showing the black ink dot. IMA dean in Hyderabad, Dr P. Pulla Rao, says, “We are doing this to encourage voters.”
