Get SSLC results on mobile phones
Applicants can get their grades for all the subjects
Kochi: Now an Android mobile application has been developed that would help students, parents and teachers get the results instantaneously on their mobile phones.
The developers say the biggest advantage is that it won’t hang like an internet, a problem encountered year after year, nor there would be any delay as in the case of SMS enquiry. The applicants can get their grades for all the subjects plus the overall performance of their respective schools.
“We’ll be using cloud server (seven to eight servers together) for the first five hours when the results will be declared. We expect the maximum traffic then. This is to ensure that there won’t be any problem like hanging,” said
Mr Sreenadh H., project technical advisor. He is assisted in the project by officials of the IT@School initiative like Mr Nizar V.K.
The application, for which the Pareeksha Bhavan secretary has shown a keen interest, is already available on the Playstore with sear name ‘SSLC.’ It will be released at the time of declaration of results, most probably on the coming Wednesday (April 16).
Besides, we’ve also developed a site ‘results.mathsblog.in’ for analysing the SSLC results. If we give the school code, data like total A+ scorers and the similar details will appear. On the larger scale, the performance of the revenue district too will be available on a click. For instance, the total number schools with hundred per cent result,” said Mr Nizar.
