I struggle to take my own decisions: Emma Stone
She adds that being a role model is not at all a burden for her
London: 'The Amazing Spider-Man 2' star Emma Stone believes that people should take their own decision, but she "struggles" when it comes to her.
The 25-year-old actress, who is dating her co-star Andrew Garfield, said that it is difficult for her to make her own decisions, reported Contactmusic.
"I absolutely think that people should follow their own path. And that's probably something, oddly, I have gone back to over the past couple of years and I think that's the thing I have struggled with more recently than ever," Stone said.
Stone thinks that it is essential to have good image in public as she knows that she is admired by her young fans.
"Being a role model is in no way at all a burden. But that is something I have been more conscious of lately, probably because I haven't had to do interviews for a long time now," the actress said.
Stone believes that one should be clear about his/her words said in public because youth need to have influential people whom they can look up to.
"I am not saying I am one of them, but I do attach a big sense of importance to that. That's one of many reasons why I wish I were more eloquent," Stone said.
