Tirupati: Jai Samaikhyandhra party chief, N.Kiran Kumar Reddy, urged the voters of the temple town of Tirupati to vote out divisive forces that led to the division of the Telugu speaking people, on the regional lines. As the election yatra of the JSP chief reached the entrance of the temple town, the activists of the party, led by Tirupati candidate, Naveen Kumar Reddy, undertook a bike rally up to the Nalugu Kalla mandapam, the venue of the public meeting of the JSP chief.

Addressing people at the venue, Mr Kiran Kumar Reddy, held both the TD and the YSR Congress responsible for the division. Stating that the division of the State would be a serious blow to the growth and development prospects of   both T and the Seemandhra region, Kiran said the division would leave the people of both the regions in dire straits. Reiterating his commitment for the integrity of the State, Kiran said he continues to battle against the division, but the forces behind the bifurcation of the State, including the TD and the YSRC, were trying to erase the sentiments for the integrity of the State from the minds of the people, who fought against the division of the State.

The JSP chief drew the attention of the people to the fact that the Telugu Desam chief, N. Chandrababu Naidu, had never uttered the word Samaikhyandhra and had pledged his total support for the division of the State by holding on to his letters in favour of the formation of Telangana. Lashing out at the YSRC chief, YS Jagan, for trying to hoodwink the people of the State by taking a U turn over the division of the State.

Mr Kiran Kumar Reddy said that it was Mr YS Jagan who said the Centre could go ahead with the bifurcation of the State with the help of Article 3 of the Indian Constitution.
