After a busy schedule of shooting for his various projects, it seems like Saif Ali Khan should finally have some time to take a break soon. With the dates for two of his films Phantom and Happy Ending being moved around, the actor can finally afford to take a breather.
“Phantom has been pushed to April next year and Happy Ending to September, so Saif can now afford to relax a little. Otherwise he would have been hopping from one set to another, and that too across countries, with Humshakals already keeping him occupied,” a source close to the actor said. Initially, Happy Ending, Humshakals and Phantom were to arrive in March, June and August respectively. This would have been unprecedented for Saif, who is otherwise quite careful about not keeping his work calendar so hectic.
Moreover, these films would have needed him to do quite a bit of continent hopping, with Happy Ending being shot in the US, Humshakals in Europe and Mauritius and Phantom in various locations. “It would have been way too strenuous for him had these films actually come together. Thankfully, his three new films will now arrive across a span of 10 months. Saif will also begin shooting for his next, an action film helmed by Prabhu Deva, which will release by the end of 2015,” our source added.
