If you have purchased the Samsung Galaxy S5 smartphone recently, make sure you are using the camera and clicking photos frequently. International users have been reportedly facing issues with the camera with an error message “Warning: Camera Failed” splashing on their displays. Numerous restarting of the app and the phone and even resetting the handset to factory defaults have not helped.

Reports stated that carriers such as Verizon and Sprint have tweeted about the issue and informed its customers that they are working towards resolving the issue, even if it means changing the handset entirely.

Presently, many users have been reportedly contacting the Samsung service centers for service or replacements, while some are waiting for a new firmware release that could possibly cure the bug.

Samsung officially commented that they were committed to providing the best consumer experience and upon learning about the bug, they have asked Samsung Galaxy S5 customers to call their regional customer helpline or visit their service centers to avail service under warranty.
