The Formula 1 star Michael Schumacher is being sued for allegedly causing an accident in Spain before the Ferrari legend met with ski crash.Schumacher, following the fatal accident in Alps that took place on December 29, 2013, is in medically-induced coma.
Francisco M.A claims that Schumacher crashed into his motorbike at a roundabout in Bormujos, Seville, on November 17 last year. A police report indicated that the chief cause of the accident was "a violation of driving laws by the driver of the Audi A4." The same report also blamed "deficient lighting of the stretch of road in question."
During the last weekend, the Spanish language version of Russia Today claimed that Sabine Kehm, Schumacher’s manager said the 7-time F1 champions had woken from his coma and recognised his wife. The news generated a lot buzz and hope among Schumacher's fans and well-wshers.
However, Bild journalist Nicola Pohl refuted these claims via a tweet.
Schumacher awake? Sorry, but those Rumors from Spain apparently not true. Kehm just texted me she hadn't confirmed anything to RTL
