Singer Lily Allen has revealed that she is undergoing therapy and has quit smoking, drugs and partying for good. The Hard Out Here hitmaker said that a variety of factors, including her godfather’s death led her to therapy, reported Daily Mirror.

“I had a session last week for the first time in a year. It helps get my relationships in order. I have quite a lot of complicated relationships. Lots of weird co-dependencies. And when I’m busy, things happen. I get quite confused about my place. I sometimes need someone to tell me I’m not a bad person,” she said.

Allen, 28, who has two children, Ethel, two, and one-year-old Marnie, has previously undergone therapy and checked into The Priory while suffering depression. “I try to mother everyone. And trying to do that while re-launching a pop career and looking after two children got a bit much for a minute. I’d been so manic,” she added.
