Hyderabad: TRS chief K. Chandrasekhar Rao is not keen on moving to the Chief Minister’s camp office at Begumpet till the ‘Vaastu defects’ are rectified.

Party sources said Mr Rao had asked Vaastu experts to examine the camp office and make changes accordingly before he shifts there after taking charge as Telangana’s first CM.

Mr Rao reportedly believes that the camp office is jinxed as no occupant, from the late Y S Rajasekhar Reddy to N Kiran Kumar Reddy, could complete their term due to ‘Vaastu dosha’.

Mr Rao is a staunch believer in Vaastu. He had recently made changes to the TRS Bhavan, the party headquarters, to align it with the principles of Vaastu. He also believes that six is his lucky number, all his vehicles bear the registration number 6.

Party sources said that Mr Rao has decided to continue to stay at his residence at Nandi Nagar in Banjara Hills till the camp office gets the nod from Vaastu experts.
