Creative Technology launches Sound Blaster EVO Zx and ZxR headsets

Mumbai: Creative Technology Ltd unveiled the Sound Blaster EVO Zx and the Sound Blaster EVO ZxR wireless gaming headsets in India. With the built-in SB-Axx1 audio processor, the PS4 compatible headsets offer a vastly improved real-time audio delivery.

Sound Blaster EVO Zx and ZxR's FullSpectrum 50mm audio drivers are designed to reproduce the entire audible range of the audio spectrum. The Sound Blaster Central app enables users to make real-time playback adjustments by simply changing the audio settings.

The headset's ear cups cover the user’s ears entirely, effectively shutting out external noise, while the Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) feature detects and cancels out the ambient noise electronically. With the headset supporting aptX and AAC technologies, transmission of audio content over Bluetooth is crystal clear. Users will also appreciate the cinematic virtual surround sound experience after plugging the headset to their PC or Mac.

The integrated dual beam forming microphones work in tandem with the headset's advanced CrystalVoice technologies to reduce ambient noises and echoes.

To add to that, the built-in rechargeable battery provides up to 8 hours of continuous wireless audio playback. The only difference between the Sound Blaster EVO Zx and ZxR is the Talk Through button on ZxR that allows the user to converse without having to take off the headset.

The two headsets are available in the market, Sound Blaster Evo Zx at an MRP of Rs 18,499 and Sound Blaster Evo ZxR at an MRP of Rs 24,999.
