Underwater music for Nawaz Sharif's visit to Modi swearing-in ceremony
Two Pakistani singers have lent their voice to the music video
Bhubaneshwar: Scuba diver, singer and filmmaker Sabir Bux has come up with a music video expressing hope that the peace process between India and Pakistan will be revived with the visit of Pakistani PM Nawaz Sharif on Monday.
Titled ‘Aao Mil Ke Aao Dekhein Dosti Ke Rang,’ the four-minute music video, produced and directed by Mr Bux, has been shot under water. “The video shows Mr Bux and other actors singing the song with the national flags of India and Pakistan. Two Pakistani singers, Yahya Ashfaq and Ayub Patel, have lent their voices,” news portal Orissa Sun Times reported.
The internationally-acclaimed scuba diver said the visuals were shot earlier but he thought of creating a new music video after he came to know of the visit of the Pakistan Prime Minister.
“I believe, Mr Sharif’s visit will herald a new era of peace and co-operation between the neighbours. It is time to shun bad blood and put all the bitterness behind us,” he said.
