Indian hockey team receives wishes from Indian cricketers ahead of World Cup
Earlier, Sachin Tendulkar had dropped in to interact with the boys and share his on-field experiences
New Delhi: Some of the biggest names in Indian cricket today wished luck to the Sardar Singh-led hockey team which will start its World Cup campaign against Belgium at The Hague in The Netherlands, on Saturday.
Team India's vice-captain Virat Kohli, senior opener Gautam Gambhir and off-spinner Harbhajan Singh took to micro-blogging site twitter to wish the hockey team.

Kohli wrote on his twitter page.
Gambhir, who recently made a comeback into the Indian Test team, tweeted that that he will be keenly following the fortunes of hockey boys. "All d best to our hockey team for their World Cup campaign. I'll b following their 1st game tomorrow vs belgium. Guess its @ 7.30 pm. Go well," Gambhir tweeted.
Harbhajan in typical Punjabi style wished skipper Sardar luck for the tournament where they would face heavyweights like Australia, Spain in the group stage. "Chak De Sardar Singh and our Hockey team.i wil be cheering for u all. Go for it Boys, make us proud !!!#hockey world cup," Harbhajan wrote on his twitter page.
A few days back, Sachin Tendulkar had dropped in at the Dhyan Chand National stadium here to interact with the boys and share his on-field experiences.
