KCR is angry at Telangana filmmakers

Hyderabad: Many feel that the new Telangana government will favour local talent and may announce sops for them. Many Telangana associations too were formed and these bodies pledged support to the new government. Recently, a few industry members even met the Chief Minister of the new State, K Chandrasekhar Rao to wish him and even asked for support from the government. But according to the latest from the grapevine, KCR is angry with several filmmakers from the Telangana region.

“When Pawan Kalyan criticised KCR very strongly during the election  campaigns, no Telangana filmmaker condemned the attacks. KCR did make a note and he felt bad about it,” a source claims.

Different film bodies are now planning to meet KCR for his support and it believed this issue may come up.
