Washington: Apple has reportedly introduced 'actionable notifications' which would allow users to respond to notifications without even switching apps, in its Worldwide Developers Conference.
The new feature would allow users to tap or drag down on a banner or lock screen alert, and users can type a reply, confirm a contact request, Like or comment on a Facebook photo one is tagged in, and more without switching apps, The Verge reported.
Apple showcased the new feature in its Worldwide Developers Conference. However, the new interactive notification feature is said to make notifications less 'interrupting', allowing users to focus without getting distracted.
