Andhra Pradesh Cabinet's first meeting will be held in Visakhapatnam
CM assured that TDP govt. will give preference to development of all regions of AP
Guntur: The first Cabinet meeting of the Andhra Pradesh government will be held in Visakhapatnam, said Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu on Sunday. After taking oath as the first Chief Minister of residuary Andhra Pradesh near the Acharya Nagarjuna University on Sunday evening, Mr Naidu spoke about his plans to develop Andhra Pradesh and the challenges the new state faces.
He said the first Cabinet meeting will be held in Vizag and date would be announced soon. Mr Naidu said the decision was taken to conduct the Cabinet meeting in Vizag to give priority to all regions of the state.
The Chief Minister said that the Telugu Desam Party government will give preference to development of all regions in the state. It may be mentioned here that the Telugu Desam Legislature Party meeting was conducted in Tirupati and swearing-in ceremony in Guntur district.
