AP CM Chandrababu Naidu to take charge on June 19
Naidu to begin work from camp office on the same day
Hyderabad: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu will take charge at the Secretariat on June 19. The AP Secretariat government employees association is making elaborate arrangements to felicitate the Chief Minister in a grand way.
Association representatives Rama Krishna and Murali Krishna on Monday met finance minister Yanamala Rama Krishnudu and IT, information and public relations minister Palle Raghunadha Reddy and invited them to the function.
Mr Naidu will begin work from his camp office at Lake View guest house on the same day. It will be a hectic day for the CM. After reaching the guest house on Thursday morning at around 9 am, Mr Naidu will go to Raj Bhavan to attend the swearing-in ceremony of senior Telugu Desam MLA P. Narayana Swamy Naidu as protem speaker of Andhra Pradesh state Assembly. Governor E.S.L. Narasimhan will administer the oath.
The oath-taking ceremony of Mr Narayana Swamy Naidu was earlier marked for the morning of June 18, but it has now been changed to June 19 as informed by Mr Krishnudu.
After the function at Raj Bhavan, the Chief Minister will proceed to the Secretariat and take charge following the felicitation by AP Secretariat government employees. The first session of the AP Assembly will begin on the same day.
