Andhra Pradesh, Telangana told to resolve issues amicably
Problems like water, power, employees should be discussed between two states
Adilabad: CPM Telangana committee state secretary Tammaneni Veerabhadram said that both the Telangana and Andhra Pradesh governments should constitute a coordination committee with their public representatives or ministers to resolve the problems like water, power, employees and others arising between the two states in the wake of state bifurcation.
Speaking to the media here at Adilabad on Friday, Mr Veerabhadram said that AP Chief Minister N. Chandrabababu Naidu has no will to implement the crop loan waiver.
He said Mr Naidu was trying to escape from his responsibility be citing RBI’s objection to the crop loan waiver and described his acts as ‘drama’ to dupe the gullible farmers.
He criticised AP Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu for violating the power purchasing agreements (PPA) and distribution between the two states incorporated in the Telangana bill and taking unilateral decisions on distribution of power causing damage to people of the Telangana state.
