Loksatta leader Vijayender Reddy dies in road mishap

Telangana state co-convener was in the party from its inception in 2006

Hyderabad: Telangana state co-convener of Loksatta Vemireddy Vijayender Reddy, 52, was killed in a road mishap near Bata Singaram village in Hayathnagar on Monday afternoon. He was coming to Hyderabad from Nalgonda when the accident occurred.

The Scorpio he was driving lost control and jumped over the road divider and further went on to hit a truck coming from the opposite direction. Police said, he sustained grave injuries and was rushed to a hospital in LB Nagar, where he was declared brought dead. The leader who was in the party from its inception in 2006 is sustained by his wife, a son and a daughter.
