Kapil Sharma and YRF have decided to part ways from 'Bank Chor'.

Mumbai: Despite many attempts Kapil Sharma who was under tight contract with Colors, couldn't axe himself from the channels flagship show, Comedy Nights With Kapil. The ace comedian's tight contract with the channel prevented him from starting YRF’s film Bank Chor.

The team has been ready with the pre production of the film, despite that Kapil couldn't allot them bulk dates. The production house that has been famous for winding up their films on scheduled time was fed up of Kapil's lame excuses that resulted in delayed and the losses.

"A commitment is a  commitment. Kapil wanted to do the film but was unable to quit CNK. The channel refused to let Kapil take a call on the conclusion of their show. He had no authority to announce that the show would be going off air, for which he almost got into a legal tussel. YRF too had enough with Kapil's false assurances and had to take a final call," says sources close to the channel.

Kapil's was pulled up by Colors for walking out of the live CCL match In Mumbai. The controversies about Kapil's highhanded attitude have been making headlines since a long time. A few years ago, the actor was banking on Sohail Khan's Sher Khan, which never saw the light of the day. This time again Kapil's dreams of making a grand debut on the bug screen came to an abrupt end.

A spokesperson from YRF said, " We abide by the policy about not revealing the reason for Kapil Sharma being out of the film. We have parted ways and he is also no more part of YRF talent management as well."
