Chief Minister congratulates civic poll winners

Hyderabad: Congratulating the TD municipal corporation chairpersons and vice-chairmen who won in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states, TD president and AP Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu requested them to be accessible to people always. Mr Naidu asked them to work towards making  ‘clean and green’ cities and towns.

Mr Naidu said that seven of the five municipal corporations in AP and 75 out of 91 municipalities were won by TD which shows the people’s confidence in the party. He said in Telangana the TD-BJP combine won seven municipalities despite the TRS and Congress having tried to lure party members.
