Moto X gets KitKat v4.4.4 update after Moto G and Moto E

Motorola's Moto series finally completes the KK v4.4.4 update in India

We finally confirm that the Moto G, Moto X and Moto E have got the new KitKat v4.4.4 update in India. The screenshot below shows the Moto X with the new KitKat update available. Moto users can be at ease as Motorola had announced in their tweet that the Moto G, Moto X and the Moto E users in India will get the latest KitKat update. The rollout was done in phases and the Moto E, Moto G and the Moto X have finally received this update OTA. Users who have received the update have also confirmed that a few bugs such as network issues and call drops have been resolved after the update.  

The Android KitKat 4.4.4 is the latest version of Google’s smartphone operating system and very few handsets from various well-known brands have them. Motorola assured that the handsets will definitely get the Android KitKat update, and kept its promise.

The KitKat versions arrive over the air (OTA) and users simply need to keep checking the update in the About Phone section in the Settings area. The update will provide additional stability, framework and security.
