Narendra Modi is God’s servant, says Catholic journal
In latest edition the journal said that God obviously wanted Narendra Modi as PM
Kochi: The Sunday Shalom journal, an arm of Shalom TV, the first Catholic television channel in India, headquarted at Peruvannamuzhy near Kozhikode, has described Prime Minister Narendra Modi as a true servant of God.
In the editorial of its latest edition the journal said that God obviously wanted Mr Modi as the Prime Minister of India and all Christians are bound to accept it. “Christians in India must have prayed for a good government during the last general elections. At least some among them are crest-fallen thinking that their prayers for a secular government were not answered. But they must know that nothing happens in this world without the will of God,” the editorial stated.
“God can act through anyone. Even those who we perceive as our enemies can bless us. God who can create all goodness in the world can act through the Modi government,” it said.
