The Georgio Armani apartments and villas, Mumbai

Mumbai-based Lodha Group has roped in Giorgio Armani to design exclusive apartments and villas in their World One Towers project in Mumbai. With French windows offering a breathtaking view of the city, the three and four-bedroom apartments are adorned with furnishings, fittings, upholstery and carpets designed by the Italian fashion maestro. An interesting addition to the residence is a puja room in shades of calming grey. The apartments and villas are priced at Rs 7.5 crore to Rs 50 crore.

FENDI Villas, Dubai

Bringing to Dubai a taste of Italian savoir faire, the world’s first Fendi-designed luxury villas were launched this June in Dubai, in collaboration with real estate giant Damac. Each of the 34 properties reflects the signature bold eclectic style of the iconic fashion house. The sofas, cushions and carpets are adorned with fur, leather is used for the couches and marble, stone and wood are used inventively through the rooms. Located in Damac's Akoya project off Umm Suqeim Road, these residences come with a starting price of AED 36,000,000.

Louis Vuitton-designed Beach House, Miami

The Italian luxury fashion group brought to life a 1934 beach house design by one of France’s pioneering figures in architecture and design, Charlotte Perriand, at the Design Miami Fair last year. Constructed in Italy adapting from Perriand’s sketches, the house is built with iroko wood slats with a marine blue roof. The airy rooms come with wide sliding glass doors, mostly wooden furniture, built in cupboards and trundle beds, and are sprinkled with subtle accents of blue to match the corrugated roof. The structure now stands at The Raleigh Hotel in Miami's South Beach and is up for sale privately through Sotheby’s.

Jade Jagger-designed apartments, Mumbai

Goregaon in Mumbai is home to the Lodha Fiorenza, the Lodha group’s 52-storey complex with luxury apartments designed by Jade Jagger. The interiors have vibrant colours and strong lighting. Combinations of red and gold, black and white and eclectic zig-zag tile patterns come together for the living area, adjoining which is a Hollywood-inspired plunge pool. Each of the residences also comes with a shrine area, keeping local traditions in mind. The exclusive apartments come with a price ranging up to Rs 15 crore.

The Christian Dior Wedding Suite, Cannes

The Majestic Hotel at Cannes is home to a Christian Dior-designed exclusive wedding suite, offering a luxury apartment space for wedding preparations, night stays or honeymoons. There are two spacious bedrooms, a dining room equipped with a Louis XVI table, guest rooms and a lounge. Each of the rooms is adorned with exclusive Dior furnishings, linen and upholstery and the terrace offers a panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea. A night’s stay in the suite is priced at 15,000 Euros.
