New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi tweeted his best wishes to Indian athletes for the Commonwealth Games beginning in Glasgow today.

A 215-strong Indian contingent will take part in the Games.

India finished second behind Australia with a record 101 medal haul at the 2010 Delhi Games.
