Parineeti Chopra directs her promo shoot

Mumbai: She’s known to be an easygoing gal, so this little bit of gossip that we heard about Parineeti Chopra was surprising.

A little birdie from B-town tells us that while shooting a special promo for her film Dawat-E-Ishq (which co-stars Aditya Roy Kapur), Pari wasn’t just content to stand before the camera and deliver her lines. Instead, she had quite a few ideas on just how the promo should be shot and shared these with the director and crew members as well.

“While the scene was being set up and filmed, Parineeti kept giving the team and other actors her creative inputs and directions that she felt would make for a perfect shot,” our source says.

“She even ad-libbed a few of her lines as she felt they would sound more spontaneous. Later, she was overheard telling her colleagues that she believes in adding her own touch to performances.”

Well, if Pari decides to turn director, her ideas should come in handy indeed.
