Hyderabad: Twelve children, who survived the train-bus collision in Masaipet, have been discharged from the Yashoda Hospital.

Six other children are still recuperating. Two of them — Varun Goud and Prashanth — continue to remain critical.

Even 7-year-old Sharath is critical and under observation. Nabira Fatima, Darshan Goud and Nitusha are stable, but under observation.

“We first have to get them physically back on track and then can work towards counselling them. These children are still in a state of shock,” said a senior doctor.
