Venkaiah Naidu assures Andhra Pradesh of Central aid

Union Minister assured the CM that Centre would help state in every possible way

Hyderabad: Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu asked the Union Urban Development Minister, M. Venkaiah Naidu, to take decisions on granting special status to Andhra Pradesh, the projects to be taken up and the funds, immediately. The Union Minister met the Chief Minister on Saturday, at the Lake View Guest house. The Union Minister assured the Chief Minister that the Centre would help the state in every possible way. He asked the AP Government to come out with a concrete plan on the Vijayawada-Guntur-Tenali and Mangalagiri (VGTM) Metro Rail Project, housing and other development programmes, so that the Central government could offer assistance.
