Cyberabad Commissioner C. V. Anand said that CCTV footage accessed following incidents such as the Dilsukhnagar blasts which was of very low quality and proved to be a hurdle in the probe.

Mr. Anand was speaking at a security awareness program. Addresssing the audience, GHMC special commissioner P. S. Pradyumna called for cooperation between authorities and citizens, asking gated communities and commercial property owners to maintain a record of residents and tenants and to submit the list to the authorities every six months.
