The Telangana State Government unveiled a new logo for the State Police

Hyderabad:The Telangana State government on Sunday unveiled a new logo for the state police. Principal secretary Ajay Misra issued a Government Order to officially implement the new logo for police vehicles and uniforms.
The GO was issued with specifications that the logo will be of 98 mm length and 76 mm width size and comprises four colours, blue, black, golden yellow and red. Explaining the structure of the logo the principal secretary said that the National Emblem in the logo is a symbol of authority.
“Two words ‘Telangana State’ written in bold white letters identifies the newly created state and is the second largest textual element in the logo. The font shall be Arial Black for its great visibility and applicability on different mediums. ‘Police’ is written in bold text in white on a red band. The red band represents power and authority and courage,” he said.
