Increase in land lease to Andhra Pradesh temples

The lease amount is increased from Rs 5,000 to Rs 6,000

Hyderabad: AP government has decided to increase the lease amount to the lands of some temples in the state. AP information minister Palle Raghunath Reddy said the lease of land of Sri Venkateswara Temple of Kanchi Kama Koti peetham in Vijayawada will be extended for 30 years. He said that the lease amount is increased from Rs 5,000 to Rs 6,000. He said that the government is making efforts for 24 hours’ power supply to all consumers in  from October 2.
