Majority wants to wait before ‘all out’ attack on K Chandrasekhar Rao
A few ministers from Andhra Pradesh believe that people in Telangana are already restless about K Chandrasekhar Rao
Hyderabad: AP ministers expressed different opinions on the attack on Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao’s unilateral decision violating the state bifurcation act.
Some ministers said they should seriously attack the views of Telangana Chief Minister to protect the interests of the Seemandhra people and those, who are residing in Telangana area.
They said if they keep silent, Mr Rao would take some more decisions against the interests of Andhra Pradesh. Other ministers expressed different opinions.
Social welfare minister Ravela Kishore Babu said “If we go on attacking Mr Rao, he will become a hero hogging the limelight, which is what he actually wants. Unless the Telangana people become restless over the government, we will not get support from the people.”
Some sections in Telangana are against KCR and the TRS, he said when a statement was made against the decision of Telangana government over the nativity issue.
Some ministers felt it will be better to wait for some more time to attack till Telangana people become restless A majority of ministers said it would be better to settle the issues by mutual discussions.
They said, “We should first make efforts for discussions on these contentious issues before attacking KCR.”
