Mumbai: Bollywood actors Suniel Shetty and Sohail Khan have praised the beauty of Kashmir, terming it as 'stunning'. The actors said they would like to shoot their films here rather than 'wasting' money anywhere in foreign countries.

"This place is most beautiful. It is undoubtedly stunning and unbelievable. We would want to come here and shoot our films," Shetty, flanked by Khan, told reporters here late last evening. Shetty said he believes there would be a long line of filmmakers wanting to shoot in Kashmir by the end of this year.

Khan said a lot of movies were shot in Kashmir in the recent past and the trend would continue. "Lots of films were shot here and the state is handling the film shooting extremely professionally now. We would want to come back here and not waste money in Switzerland or any other place," he said.

Shetty said the people of Kashmir want to live a natural and peaceful life as they were doing in the past.

"The people of Kashmir do not expect anything from anyone. They want to get back to a natural and peaceful life that they always lived," he said.

"They can stand on their own and believe this can bring about a change. What we need to do is tell the country and express our feelings of what we saw here and bring Kashmir back to its glory," he added. The actors were here as a part of an initiative to raise funds for an orphan children.

"We will come here again to completely support the children. We will give our help in anyway we can either cash or kind. Sometimes it is not money but love that matters and we will always be there," Khan said. Shetty said the determination of such children reflects the beauty of Kashmir.

"I saw the determination of these children inspite of going through the worst a human being can go through. They have come out of it on their own and that is the beauty of Kashmir," he said.
