Mahesh Babu charging Rs 18 crore
The producer has already paid Rs 8 crore as advance to the actor

Hyderabad: Mahesh Babu might very well be the highest paid actor in Tollywood. According to a source, producer V. Anandprasad of Bhavya Creations, who has been trying to make a film with the actor for long, has given Rs 8 crore advance to Mahesh Babu for a film.
A source says that the actor’s total remuneration for the film will be Rs 18 crore. Mahesh Babu will start shooting for the film after he completes his next project with Koratala Shiva. The director and other technical details of the film will be revealed later.
The actor is at present in Switzerland, shooting for a song for Aagadu, directed by Srinu Vaitla. Anandprasad meanwhile is currently producing a film with Gopichand and Rakul Preet Singh, which is being directed by Srivas.
