Twitterati reacts as India nosedive to another series loss in England
England humbled India to win the Pataudi Trophy for the third time in a row
Mumbai: England embarrassed India as they defeated the listless visitors at the Oval to win the match by an inning and 244 runs and seal an emphatic 3-1 series win.
India’s abysmal showing following their Lord’s victory has been a talking point on twitter as well.
Here are some of those reactions.
1st Test: 5 days. 2nd and 3rd Test: 4+ days. 4th and 5th Test: 3+ days. Keep playing and you may get a cracking T20 by month end

you can find many explanations for poor performance but none for an innings that lasts 30 overs.

148 + 94 = 242. Tch. Just 1 agonising run short of half of England's score.

Think India should phone Australia now and explain their mum is ill; they won't be able to make tour.

Genuine question to Indian fans: if your team wins the one-day series, will it make up for this?

Disappointed by the lack of respect for the Pataudi Trophy. What's the big idea of having this trophy if England celebrate with another cup?
