Pakistan team Captain Kaleemullah (R) and team mate Saddam Hussain celebrates their win during the 2nd International U-23 Friendly Football match at Bangalore football Stadium in Bengaluru

Bengaluru: A. Kaleem Ullah’s free-kick and a late goal from Saddam Hussain ensured an impressive 2-0 win for Pakistan against India in the second game of the two-Test series at the Bangalore Football Stadium here on Wednesday.

On an overcast day Pakistan took to the field with more determination and tactical guile than their counterparts to level the friendly series with aplomb.

Lacking the physical presence of suspended striker Robin Singh or a plan ‘B’ to break down the impressive opposition defence. the home side were left wanting for ideas.
