Lingaa’s first look out on Ganesh Chaturthi

Hyderabad: The first look of the Rajinikanth starrer Lingaa is scheduled to be released on August 29, say sources. The superstar is doing a dual role in the film with Anushka and Sonakshi Sinha as the female leads. Jagapathi Babu is playing the villain in this period and social drama along with actor Dev Gil of Magadheera fame. K.S. Ravi Kumar is directing the film. Sources added that the makers want to launch the first look of the film on Ganesh Chaturthi and release the audio on Diwali. Most of the film has been shot in Mysore and Hyderabad. Of the two characters of Rajinikanth, one is of a collector and the other is based in the pre-Independence era.
